1. Terms of Use:

By accessing or using Atlas, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ADI regarding your use of Atlas. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not continue to use the website.

2. Contents Available Through the Website

The material, data, and information on this Website (“Content”) is only intended to be a general summary of information for public use. This Content does not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have questions about a medical condition, always seek the advice of a doctor or other qualified healthcare professional. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your doctor or the emergency services immediately. Never disregard medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read on the Website or in the Content.  The Content is not intended in any way to be a substitute for professional medical advice and should not be interpreted as treatment recommendations. Only a physician who has had an opportunity to interact with a patient, with access to the patient’s records, and the opportunity to conduct appropriate follow-up can provide recommendations for treatment. Please note that certain sections of the Website may be intended only for particular audiences such as healthcare professionals, patients and/or the general public.

You acknowledge that we do not make, and specifically disclaim, any representations or warranties about the Content to which you may have access as part of, or through your use of, the Website. Under no circumstances are we liable in any way for any Content, including, but not limited to any infringing Content, any errors or omissions in Content, or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any Content posted, transmitted, linked from, or otherwise accessible through or made available via the Website.

From time to time, we may restrict access to our Content without further notice.  You acknowledge that ADI may in its sole discretion modify, remove, or cease providing the Content to you at any time in our sole discretion and without further notice to you.
